ACCOMMODATION

Sylvania Park's accommodation consists of 2
self-contained houses called 'Millend' and 'Riversleigh.' Both homesteads are luxuriously appointed with period furniture.

Mill End Lodge is the original mudbrick homestead of this historic property and boasts four bedrooms including a queen size double bed with en-suite, a double bed and two twin rooms. A lounge, dining, kitchen and laundry are also contained in the house and equipped with all modern conveniences. Mill End lodge can accommodate 8 people.

Riversleigh house is a beautifully restored two storey, self contained homestead which includes five bedrooms consisting of one queen size with en-suite, three twin rooms (two with en-suites) and a king size double bed. A kitchen is contained in the house and an open lounge room is situated on the second floor. This house can accommodate 10 people and is appointed with period furniture and equipped with all modern conveniences. 

Both homesteads have been assessed 4-star with RACV.  

Both Homesteads contain the following:

Linen is provided and all beds are fitted with electric blankets.

Lounge area includes TV, VCR, DVD and CD players and combustion woodheater.

A fully equipped modern kitchen with electric wall oven, microwave, hot plates, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery are provided for guest's convenience.

The pantry and fridge will be stocked with ingredients for a cooked breakfast for each guest. Further provisions can be supplied by arrangement.  Fresh eggs can be collected from the hen house daily. Children can receive an egg collecting certificate for 'meritorious effort in collection eggs'. Fresh fruit and flowers will welome your arrival to Sylvania Park.

Mill End Lodge : $150 per double inc G.S.T.
Additional adults $66 ea.

Riversleigh : $150 per double inc G.S.T.
Additional adults $66 ea.

Minimum tarrif applies. 

Children under 10 are half price.

20% deposit will secure a booking and can be accepted
by phone or mail.
